I help people gently peel back masks and old patterns so they can feel more like themselves, set healthy boundaries, and approach life with renewed hope.

I’m glad you’re here

About

I offer a supportive, creative space where you can reconnect with your authentic self, express feelings freely and rediscover optimism.

Drawing on my own creative practice and lived experience of healing, I bring embodied wisdom to our sessions so that together we can build a collaborative and fruitful therapeutic relationship. I integrate somatic practices to help regulate the nervous system and honour the connection between body and mind.

With a Master’s degree in Art Psychotherapy, my approach is person-centred, trauma-informed and psychodynamic. When I am not working with clients I am riding my bike, painting in my studio, visiting the highland of Scotland, or watching films!

Inclusivity

My commitment to inclusivity is also shaped by lived experience. I understand, both personally and professionally, how systems can marginalise people and how vital it is to have spaces of understanding and care. This informs my practice and my dedication to meeting each client with respect and openness.

inclusivity is central to my work as a therapist. I actively support individuals across diverse identities, including race, gender, sexuality, class, disability, and neurodivergence. I strive to cultivate a therapeutic space that resists discrimination, challenges stigma, and fosters belonging.
